**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
**Experience Required**: Minimum 3 years in FMCG packing operations

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day packing activities in accordance with company standards
- Ensure packing is done hygienically and as per quality specifications
- Supervise packing staff, allocate tasks, and monitor workforce efficiency
- Maintain proper documentation of production and packing logs
- Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams for seamless operations
- Monitor inventory of packing materials and report shortages timely
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations in the packing area
- Train new workers on packing procedures and hygiene standards
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
- Minimum 3 years of experience in packing operations within the FMCG industry
- Hands-on experience with packing food-grade products like rice powders, flours, or spices
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead a team and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or reporting tools is an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
