JOB TITLE : PRODUCTION SHIFT IN-CHARGE

LOACTION : DURG, CHHATTISGARH

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Shift Operations**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations during the assigned shift to ensure production targets are met.
- Manage and direct production workers, ensuring work is completed on time and according to quality standards.
- **Ensure Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce safety standards and procedures, ensuring the team adheres to all safety protocols.
- Monitor equipment and machine operations for safe and efficient use.
- Conduct regular safety audits and identify areas for improvement.
- **Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues**:

- Act as the first point of contact for any operational issues, including machine malfunctions or personnel concerns.
- Troubleshoot problems and make decisions quickly to minimize production downtime.
- **Monitor Production Output**:

- Track and report production performance against set targets.
- Adjust resources or processes as necessary to meet production goals and optimize efficiency.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate production staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct shift handovers, communicating any relevant updates or issues to the next shift.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure products meet quality standards by conducting inspections and working with quality control teams.
- Address any quality issues immediately to minimize defects or rework.
- **Maintain Documentation**:

- Keep accurate records of production activities, downtime, and any issues encountered during the shift.
- Complete reports related to shift performance, inventory, and other operational metrics.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Participate in initiatives to improve production processes and operational efficiency.
- Suggest and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
