Back Office Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Back Office Responsibilities**:
- Manage and update the inventory system, ensuring stock records for two-wheelers and spare parts are accurate.
- Handle documentation related to vehicle registration, insurance, and financing for customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports for management.
- Assist in processing invoices, managing receipts, and handling basic accounting tasks.
- Organize customer records, including test drive logs, inquiries, and sales follow-ups.
- Manage showroom schedules, including vehicle servicing appointments and test drive bookings.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for inventory restocking and managing spare parts availability.
- **Sales Support Responsibilities**:
- Assist in customer engagement by explaining product features, financing options, and promoting two-wheeler models based on customer needs.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the showroom’s product offerings, including new models, special features, and pricing strategies.
- Support the sales team in managing leads, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining a strong relationship with potential buyers.
- Process sales orders and ensure all necessary documents are completed, including delivery notes, insurance policies, and vehicle warranties.
- Collaborate with the sales team to track progress against sales targets and ensure timely follow-ups for closing deals.
- Coordinate with the showroom’s marketing efforts for promotions, offers, and events to attract potential customers.
- **Customer Service**:
- Ensure an excellent customer experience from inquiry to post-sale, addressing any concerns or queries regarding products or services.
- Assist customers in processing financing options, explaining loan terms, and facilitating interactions with banking partners if required.
- Support customers with after-sales services, including vehicle servicing and spare part requirements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in a back office or sales role within an automobile or showroom environment is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and showroom management software.
- Familiarity with sales procedures, financing, and vehicle registration processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
