**1. General Office Boy Duties (Clinic-based)**
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Keep the clinic premises clean and sanitized, including reception, waiting area, washrooms, and consultation rooms.
- **Serving Refreshments**: Offer water, tea, or coffee to patients, visitors, and staff as needed.
- **Filing and Document Handling**: Assist with organizing patient files, scanning, photocopying, and maintaining records.
- **Running Errands**: Go to the pharmacy, bank, or courier services as required by the clinic.
- **Waste Disposal**: Dispose of medical and general waste properly, following clinic hygiene protocols.
- **Assisting Front Desk**: Help the receptionist with small tasks like calling patients, collecting documents, or passing messages.
- **Sterilization Support**: Assist in transferring dental tools for sterilization (under supervision).

**2. Door-to-Door Marketing Duties**
- **Pamphlet Distribution**: Visit nearby residential areas, schools, offices, and distribute brochures or flyers about the clinic’s services.
- **Community Outreach**: Politely introduce the clinic, share its location and services, and invite people for consultations or checkups.
- **Lead Collection**: Collect contact details (name, phone, interest in services) from potential clients with their consent.
- **Informative Talks**: Give a brief and friendly explanation of services like free dental check-ups, discounts, or oral health camps.

**3. Promotional and Communication Skills**
- **Good Grooming & Appearance**: Maintain a clean, presentable look to represent the clinic well.
- **Basic Communication**: Speak politely and clearly, preferably in the local language and basic English/Hindi.
- **Confidence and Courtesy**: Greet and address people respectfully while explaining offers or services.
- **Listening Skills**: Understand people's needs and convey relevant services (e.g., “We offer painless tooth extraction”).
- **Handling Objections**: Remain calm and polite even if someone is not interested—leave a flyer and thank them.
- **Feedback Reporting**: Share any feedback or common questions from the public with the marketing team or clinic manager.

**4. Additional Promotional Activities**
- **Assisting in Health Camps**: Help set up the stall, distribute materials, and guide visitors.
- **Posting Banners or Posters**: Place posters on notice boards, society entrances, or approved locations.
- **Social Media Assistance (if trained)**: Take photos (with permission), suggest post ideas, or share updates via WhatsApp broadcast groups.
