Spectrum Solar Power is looking for a motivated **Junior HR Recruiter (Female)** to join our Kochi team. The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment, supporting onboarding, and assisting in HR operations to ensure smooth talent acquisition.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess suitability.
- Draft and post job descriptions on recruitment portals.
- Support onboarding and maintain employee records.
- Assist HR team in day-to-day operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
- 6 Months-2 years of HR/Recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
