Curriculam Designer

Role brief Curriculum Designer will be responsible for curriculum design for
content to crack competitive exams. The incumbent will be engaged in
developing creative learning content and lesson plans.

Key Result Areas Curriculum design:

- Researching on syllabi for Math
- Creation of Learning Objectives and syllabus framework

Lesson creation:

- Spearheading the lesson creation process for the Math content

vertical
- Reviewing lessons created by interns, freelancers, vendors etc
- Ensuring a smoother production flow

Internal stakeholder management:

- Coordinating with the creative and media team for ensuring

more visually appealing lessons
External Stakeholder Management:

- Ensuring quality content output from vendors and freelance

content creators
- Keeping a track of their timelines and output on a regular basis
- Conduct educator training on curriculum and content created

and other responsibilities that come up from time to time

Key Performance
Indicators
- Creation of lessons by self, team and the external stakeholders
- Quality of lessons in terms of creativity, innovative pedagogy

and gamification
- Project completion as per set timelines, volume and efficiency
- Constant support to the team
- Self-driven initiatives taken towards organizational

development

**Qualifications**:
required
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (BSc/BS/BE/BTech)
- Master’s degree or BEd is a plus

Experience required 2-3 years of experience in teaching Math

development experience

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
