We are seeking passionate and skilled **School Lab Trainers** to work on our STREAM Technology projects. The role involves training teachers in schools to effectively use robotics and STREAM-based tools to enhance learning outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit schools to conduct hands-on training sessions for teachers on robotics, AI, and STREAM-related projects.
- Deliver workshops, seminars, and practical demonstrations to empower teachers with robotics and AI teaching methodologies.
- Guide teachers in integrating STREAM concepts into their curriculum with practical, project-based learning approaches.
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of robotics labs established in schools.
- Provide ongoing support to teachers and school staff to address challenges and queries related to robotics and STREAM labs.
- Create and maintain training documentation, reports, and feedback forms for quality assurance and improvement.
- Collaborate with the R&D and curriculum teams to ensure the training content aligns with school-specific needs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, or a related field. A specialization in Robotics or AI is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in teaching/training roles, especially in STEM or robotics-related fields.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in robotics tools, kits, and programming languages (e.g., Arduino, Scratch, Python).
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with teachers effectively.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple schools and training schedules.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel extensively to schools in different locations.
- Passion for teaching and empowering educators to adopt innovative methodologies.
