**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Promotion**: Promote and sell Mediffic’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring continued prescriptions and product recommendations.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s product portfolio, including its composition, benefits, and usage.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and competitor activities, and submit regular reports.
- **Medical Events & Conferences**: Participate in medical conferences, CMEs, and other promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
- **Follow-Up & Customer Support**: Provide post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any queries related to products.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Pharmacy, Science, or Business Administration** (preferred).
- **At least 1 year**of experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representative roles.
- Strong **communication, negotiation, and presentation** skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a designated territory effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
