- Project design and development based on local needs
- Align development initiatives with the Company’s Global CSR mandate to build positive social impact.
- Ensure smooth implementation of project management cycle and clear understanding of monitoring and evaluation processes
- Project grant management, partnership management
- Stakeholder engagement, Employee volunteering
- MIS/data management, data analysis and reporting
- Willingness to travel to various project sites
- Deep understanding of different social issues, interventions and functioning of development sector.
- Strong report writing and documentation skills
- Strong communication skills and track record of managing multi-stakeholder initiatives that drive client and community engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with partner organisations, district administration, local bodies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical, evaluative, creative and effective project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
- Experience of working independently and as a part of team.
- Ability to influence and obtain cooperation from multidisciplinary and cross functional teams
