**Roles and Responsiblities of Recruitment**:

- **Conduct Interviews**: Perform initial interviews to assess skills and fit.
- **Coordinate Interviews**: Schedule interviews with hiring managers or teams.
- **Manage Recruitment**: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from posting to onboarding.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed on IT industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- **Onboarding**: Assist in the smooth onboarding of new hires.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
