**Key Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development & Lesson Planning**:

- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play, exploration, and discovery.
- Plan activities that help children develop basic skills in areas such as literacy, numeracy, science, art, and physical education.
- Incorporate themes and topics that stimulate curiosity and encourage creativity in young learners.

**Instruction**:

- Teach foundational skills in reading, writing, counting, and social interactions through hands-on, engaging activities.
- Foster early language development, including letter recognition, phonics, and vocabulary-building exercises.
- Use songs, games, storytelling, and art projects to help children learn and express themselves.
- Encourage children to develop social skills, such as sharing, cooperating, and problem-solving in group settings.

**Classroom Management**:

- Create a welcoming, positive, and safe environment for children to feel comfortable and confident.
- Manage classroom behavior in a calm and nurturing manner, establishing clear rules and expectations.
- Support children’s emotional development by providing guidance on handling emotions and resolving conflicts.

**Assessment & Feedback**:

- Observe and track children’s development, including academic progress and social-emotional growth.
- Provide feedback to parents or guardians on children’s progress, behavior, and areas for improvement.
- Use informal assessments, such as observations, checklists, and portfolios, to monitor and guide each child’s learning journey.

**Student Support**:

- Provide individualized attention to children who may need additional support in learning or behavior.
- Foster a supportive environment where each child’s unique needs, abilities, and interests are recognized and encouraged.
- Create opportunities for children to explore their creativity and learn in their own way, allowing for hands-on learning experiences.

**Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on early childhood education best practices, new teaching methods, and age-appropriate learning materials.
- Participate in school meetings, conferences, and workshops to enhance teaching techniques and professional knowledge.
- Collaborate with other educators, staff, and parents to create a strong support network for each child.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification (if required by the region or school system).
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices.
- Experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.

**Skills**:

- Patience, creativity, and the ability to engage young children with diverse learning styles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with both children and parents.

**Physical Requirements**:
