Job Description:
1. Draw, update, and maintain designs to implement improvement ideas for the next designs.
- RFT- Right First Time
- Alignment with the Requirements
- Rework Time Hours
- Measure creativity to make sure that the quality of the drawing is a good one.

2. Manage multiple complex projects at the same time
- Designer Response Time
- Error Rate
- Task Success Rate

3. Ensure our designs meet technical and customer Responsibilities. Producing consistently excellent visual work
- Lead time refers to how much time a project takes from request to final delivery.

4. Ensure that all design projects are completed within budget and time
- Estimated vs. Actual Project Time.
- Estimated vs. Actual Project Budget.
- Our time and financial budgets are limited, so we need to make sure that we move fast from discussion to the release at adequate cost.

5. Prepare conceptual drawing in power point
- Accuracy of Drawings

6. Team Management and Self Competence, Manager response time, Communications
- Focusing on user satisfaction: user satisfaction is tied much more closely to the usage of your Designs
- ADA - Average Daily Attendance (time that the manager needs to respond/approve)

Has skills to unambiguously formulate design requirements, and expectation
- Our design ideas are correctly understood by the designer.
- The rework time indicator is more important.

7. Client Satisfaction/ NPS/ CRR
- RPC- Revenue Per Client - a measure of productivity
- Client satisfaction ratings can be measured with a short post-project survey and with Sales/ Prject Managers
- Net Promoter Scores
- Client Retention Rate (CRR)

8. Connect to business KPIs: Measure creativity to make sure that the results don’t just look nice and professional but help us achieve our business goals.
- Once you know the business KPIs and have established a user satisfaction metric, they should be shared together with your entire company

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
