Position Overview:
As an Automobile Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs and drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks software in the automotive industry. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and ensure the successful implementation of designs in vehicle manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Development:

- Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks to create 2D and 3D models of automotive components, systems, and assemblies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate conceptual ideas into feasible designs.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze design constraints to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Prototyping and Testing:

- Participate in prototyping activities to validate design concepts and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with testing teams to conduct performance evaluations and analyze test data to refine designs.
- Documentation and Reporting:

- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing processes.
- Maintain accurate records of design changes and revisions throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate design concepts, project progress, and findings to stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and manufacturing specialists, to ensure design integration and alignment with project objectives.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and components necessary for prototyping and production.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in automotive design and manufacturing.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization to enhance product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in automotive design, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks software.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety standards in the automotive industry.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
