**Job Title**: Cyber Security / ISMS Consultant and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
**Experience**: 3-6 Years
**Location**: Bangalore, Karnataka
**Notice Period**: Immediate Joiner
**Qualification**: BCA / B.Tech / B.Sc. in Computers

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **ISMS Consulting**: Provide consultancy and guidance for clients to implement and improve their **Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)** based on industry standards such as **ISO 27001** and other relevant frameworks.
- **ISO 27001 Lead Auditing**: Conduct internal and external audits for clients based on the **ISO 27001** standard, ensuring their information security management systems are compliant with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- **Risk Assessment & Management**: Perform risk assessments to identify security threats, vulnerabilities, and impacts. Recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies and solutions to clients.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Prepare and maintain documentation for audits, risk assessments, security policies, and procedures. Provide detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- **Security Strategy Development**: Assist clients in the development and implementation of information security strategies, policies, and controls to ensure compliance with **ISO 27001**.
- **Training & Awareness**: Provide training and awareness sessions for clients' staff on information security best practices, ISO 27001 standards, and security controls.
- **Compliance Management**: Support clients in achieving and maintaining compliance with ISO 27001 and other security frameworks, including GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS, among others.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3-6 years of hands-on experience in **Cyber Security**, **ISMS** consulting, and performing **ISO 27001 audits**.
- **Educational Qualification**: A degree in **BCA**, **B.Tech**, or **B.Sc. in Computers**.
- **Certifications**: ISO 27001 **Lead Auditor certification** is mandatory. Additional certifications in **CISSP**, **CISM**, **CEH**, or similar security certifications are a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of **ISO 27001** and **ISO 27002** standards.
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks such as **NIST** and **COBIT**.
