**Responsibilities**:

- **
Procurement Strategy**: Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to the fabrication industry, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials while maintaining quality standards.
- **
Supplier Management**: Identify, assess, and onboard suppliers/vendors within the fabrication sector, focusing on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Foster and maintain strong relationships to ensure a stable supply chain.
- **
Negotiation**: Conduct negotiations with suppliers/vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contractual agreements aligned with budgetary constraints and quality expectations.
- **
Purchase Orders**: Generate, review, and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and fabrication specifications.
- **
Inventory Management**: Collaborate with inventory management teams to optimize stock levels, minimize stock outs, and reduce holding costs while meeting fabrication production schedules.
- **
Quality Assurance**: Coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure that procured materials meet rigorous quality standards and fabrication specifications.
- **
Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, supplier capabilities, and emerging technologies within the fabrication industry to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.
- **
Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain comprehensive procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and correspondence. Generate reports on procurement activities, vendor performance, and cost-saving initiatives.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Any Graduate, Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical.
- Proven work experience in the Fabrication Industry is a must.- For Purchase Officer (2-5 years):
- Proven experience of 2-5 years in procurement within the fabrication industry, demonstrating familiarity with fabrication-specific materials and processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.- For Purchase Executive (5-7 years):
- Demonstrable track record of 5-7 years in procurement roles within the fabrication industry, with expertise in supplier management and procurement strategies.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
