We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Facebook and Google ads campaigns to drive impactful results for our company. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective online advertising strategies that align with our business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, implement, and monitor Facebook ad campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage Google ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid management, to enhance our online presence and drive quality traffic.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze ad performance data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns that align with our brand messaging and target audience.
- Monitor ad budgets and optimize spending to achieve the best possible results within allocated resources.
- Provide regular reports and insights on ad performance, audience behavior, and campaign metrics to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing successful Facebook and Google ads campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms to measure and track campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- A passion for staying ahead of industry trends and continuously learning and improving.
