Responsibilities:

- He will be responsible for the overall QA strategy and QA process of the team, along with the overall QA management responsibilities that entails.
- This covers everything from client QA project management, Process consulting, QA strategy assessment and improvement.
- He will be the quality evangelist for the client QA team, driving standard QA methodology and keeping up to date with the latest testing trends.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance leader or similar role with minimum 8 years of experience.
- Experience in Building a strong competence in QA project management, process management, Defining QA strategies and best practises.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Kanban, Scrum, XP) and practical experience in implementing the same.
- Guide / mentor experienced QA engineers and ensure best practices are followed
- High level of maturity in terms of project planning, execution, tracking quality and stakeholder expectation management.
- Able to prioritise in complex, fast-paced environment without formal responsibility
- Strong change management and influential skills, ability to negotiate and communicate across all levels of the organisation.
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
- Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations under pressure
- Experience of working with Java, python, selenium, Appium, cucumber, UFT, Cypress, Mobile app testing, performance testing & API Testing
