Project Coordinator

Seeking a proactive Senior Project Coordinator with an agricultural background to manage FPO initiatives in Kushinagar. The role involves working closely with fish farmers, creating market linkages, and ensuring the growth of the FPO.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **FPO Management**: Oversee daily operations and implement strategies for growth.
- **Farmer Engagement**:Train and support farmers, facilitating group formation and decision-making.
- **Market Linkages**: Establish and maintain profitable sales channels for FPO products.
- **Data Collection**: Analyze crop and market data, report on FPO performance.
- **Community Relations**: Build strong relationships with local stakeholders and resolve conflicts.

**Qualifications**:
Graduate in Agriculture or related field.

Experience with farmers or in agriculture preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in local language.

**Work Environment**:
Willingness to travel and work in rural areas.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
