**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage and coordinate telecalling activities to generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Assist with other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
