**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Design, create, and maintain web content to meet marketing requirements.
- Craft solutions for layout and styling issues across multiple browsers and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with editorial on online companion resources.
- Design, create, and optimize graphic content for social media, online ads, and website use.
- Research, purchase, and customize stock photography to reflect marketing message.
- Create, facilitate and document testing of web development, and offer on-demand web maintenance, content management, and technical support.
- Mentor junior designers in weekly one-on-one advanced design concepts coaching sessions, and provide feedback on practice assignments.
- Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
- Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
- Creative and open to new ideas.

**SKILLS**:

- Excellent skill with PHP 5 as an object-oriented language.
- Experience in technologies like: PHP, MySQL, Cake PHP, CI.
- Strong knowledge on CodeIgniter is must.
- Knowledge of HTML, Jquery, Mysql and javascript.
- Ability to interface with existing APIs (i.e., Google Maps, Facebook API, Twitter API, YouTube API, Instagram API and other social media networks)
- Experience working in WordPress (customisation and plugin creation)
- Proficiency in writing MySQL queries.
- Ability to create complex database architecture.
- Knowledge with optimising performance using Apache configuration, Memcached.
- Demonstrable experience in optimising speed of website by studying page speed etc.
- Understanding the benefits of SEO and the development skills to support SEO.
- Positive, approachable with a fine eye for detail.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- PHP: 2 years (preferred)
