**Job Title**:Associate - Finance
**Location**:Hyderabad
Prolifics, a pioneering technology solutions provider, is seeking a talented and inventive **Finance Executive** to join our dynamic team. At Prolifics, we believe in empowering our employees to push the boundaries of innovation, think outside the box, and deliver game-changing solutions to our clients.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Analysis of time sheets with systems available
- Preparation and sending of invoices to customers.
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Decent knowledge in statutory compliance such as GST, Softex forms, SEZ activities etc etc
- Supporting various audits
