Accounts Payable: Banking Executive

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Banking within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Prolofic & SAP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of accounts payable and banking functions.
- Excellent accounting and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
- Proficient in Hotel accounting with web prolific.
- Ability to handle and maintain general ledger banking accounts, and direct the processing of invoices to ensure accurate and timely accounting and reporting.
- Ability to analyze payable ledgers and invoices for accuracy and eligibility for payment.
- Ability to verify payments before release by reviewing invoices and vouchers.
- Experience in preparing cheques for direct payment, online payment, and related banking papers.
- Expertise in reconciling daily accounts payable total and general ledger with other applicable records.
- Ability to prepare correct and timely reports for MIS and cash flows.
- Ability to ensure proper recordkeeping of payments by cheques, internet banking, and tax preparation.
- Experience in ensuring accurate and timely employees' monthly salary payments and related transactions.
- Ability to maintain accuracy in banking entries, prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements, and keep records of loans, repayments, and reconcile accounting with bank records.
- Ability to ensure timely payments of all taxes, ESI, and EPF.
- Experience in proper maintenance, filing, and storage of records for audits.
- Capability to support internal and external audit processes.
- Ability to reconcile supplier’s monthly ledger statements and confirm balances with vendors quarterly.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
