As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns from start to finish and analyze their effectiveness. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will work closely with the core team to craft compelling strategies and the company’s digital presence that nurture and convert prospects across the company’s prospect funnel.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
- Assist in formulating strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers.
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media platforms the company is active on. (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website.
- Execute tests, collect and analyse data and results, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
- Track, report, and analyse website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Maintain brand quality
- Creating Concepts for Marketing Clients for their social communications
- Writing catchy taglines for Campaigns, Ads & Posters
- Writing catchy post copy for social media posting
- Create collaterals across all communication mediums
- Create creative content ideas for social media platforms
- Deliver as per the content calendar based on the scheduled delivery
- Deliver results as per CTAs of paid and organic social outreach
- Create ideas for videos and photography to align with the content needs of the communications calendar
- Create creative post copy and ad copy for all social communications
- Create an influencer approach for the program impacts and build communities
- Have attention to detail
- Work as a team collaborator
- **Qualification & Expectations**_
- Graduates/Post Graduated/Certified in Digital Marketing
- Should have experience in setting up and optimising online campaigns.
- Critical thinker and critical thinking skills.
- Should be able to handle branding and marketing communication.
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
- Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
- 2-3 years of Experience in the same Domain
- 2-3 years of experience in Social media creative content
- Good Command of Language
- Understanding of the Digital Marketing Domain
- Creating Brand Stories through engaging Content
- **Educational Qualifications**_
- Bachelor's (preferred)
- Social media strategy (preferred)
- Social media marketing (preferred)**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
