**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Test Execution**:

- Execute test cases, report defects, and track their resolution.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and guidelines.
- **Test Planning**:

- Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to identify test scenarios.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand system functionality.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test scripts.
- **Defect Identification and Management**:

- Identify, document, and communicate bugs and issues.
- Work with development teams to resolve identified defects.
- Re-test resolved issues to ensure proper resolution.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Provide clear and concise test reports and documentation.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth project execution.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Hands-on experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a plus.
- Understanding of Agile development processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of programming languages for test automation (e.g., Java, Python).
- Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
