
Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- **Membership Sales**:
- Proactively approach and engage with potential members to understand their fitness goals and needs.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of gym memberships.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- **Lead Generation**:
- Implement strategies to generate leads, including outreach programs, promotional events, and partnerships.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay informed about gym services, classes, and facilities to effectively promote and sell memberships.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding pricing, promotions, and membership options.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.
- **Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure a positive and cohesive gym environment.
- **Continuous Learning**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and sales techniques.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of fitness programs and equipment.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
