Warehouse Incharge

We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Incharge to oversee daily warehouse operations. The role involves managing inventory, ensuring timely dispatches, supervising warehouse staff, and maintaining accurate records to support smooth business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate stock levels through regular inventory checks.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials/products.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Implement and maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the warehouse.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle documentation such as stock registers, GRNs, and dispatch records.
- Optimize warehouse space and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
