As a Financial Analyst in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

Job Responsibilities:

- Calculate and consolidate month-end results, forecasts, and future budgets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Design and maintain strategic solutions within CIB P&A, aligning with finance transformation goals, and present updates to senior management.
- Generate and enhance reports for efficient financial result delivery, focusing on automation and process streamlining.
- Perform variance analysis to identify key drivers, provide commentary, and manage forecast report distribution to senior management and P&A teams.
- Collaborate with Corporate P&A and technology teams to ensure deliverable adherence, test new functionalities, and support MIS reporting and analysis.
- Drive the P&L agenda, support budget and forecast submissions, and manage monthly/quarterly reporting for various financial metrics.
- Engage in CCAR/DFAST processes, analyze macroeconomic impacts, manage financial modeling, and support governance and documentation efforts

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Inquisitive, enthusiastic and diligent, and capable of challenging peers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
- Highly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Integrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential information
- Team player with the ability to be respected as a trusted partner for the Business, Finance, and FP&A Teams

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- Hands on experience with IBM TM1 platform
- Exposure to BI Tools (Cognos, Qlikview etc), Hyperion Essbase, would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Commercial and Investment Bank businesses and their behavior across economic scenarios
- Prior experience in CCAR reporting
