**Job Title**: Store In-Charge

**Industry**: Mobile and Laptop Retail Showroom
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2-3 years in a similar electronics retail environment

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff management
- Ensure proper display and merchandising of products
- Manage stock levels, track sales, and ensure timely reordering of items
- Supervise and coordinate with the sales team to meet monthly targets
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide product recommendations
- Maintain accurate billing and ensure smooth cash and digital transactions
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Store In-Charge or Store Manager in a mobile/laptop showroom or similar electronics retail store
- Good knowledge of mobile phones, laptops, and related accessories
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using billing software and MS Office
- Customer-oriented attitude and the ability to work under pressure
- Educational Qualification: Minimum Plus Two or Degree preferred

**Salary**: As per industry standards, based on experience

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
