- **Job Description: Duty Officer - Shanti Nagar Depot (E-Bus Operations)**

**Position Overview**: The Duty Officer will be responsible for coordinating with drivers and ensuring the timely dispatch of drivers on their assigned routes. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of E-Bus services from the Shanti Nagar Depot.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Driver Coordination**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for drivers.
- Communicate daily schedules, routes, and any changes to drivers.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by drivers promptly.
- **Dispatch Management**:

- Ensure the timely dispatch of drivers on their assigned routes.
- Monitor and track the departure and arrival times of E-Buses.
- Coordinate with other depot staff to ensure smooth operations.
- **Schedule Adherence**:

- Ensure drivers adhere to their assigned schedules and routes.
- Manage last-minute changes or adjustments to schedules as needed.
- Report any deviations from the schedule to the Depot Manager.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of driver attendance, departures, and arrivals.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports to the Depot Manager.
- Document any incidents or issues that occur during operations.
- **Operational Support**:

- Assist with the preparation and approval of duty rosters for drivers.
- Support the Depot Manager in implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Provide input on improving dispatch and coordination processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in transportation or fleet management is preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using dispatch and scheduling software.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Additional Information**:

- Location: Shanti Nagar Depot, Banglore
- Reporting to: Depot Manager

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
