**Work Schedule**: Our operations follow a night shift, catering exclusively to U.S. clients.

**Location Preference**: We are seeking employees residing within a 10km radius of our office.

**Working Hours**: The standard shift is from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, though it may vary based on U.S. time zones.

**Skill Requirement**: QC personnel must have basic graphic design knowledge.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Artwork Quality Assurance**:

- Review all artwork files against client-provided specifications, brand guidelines, and instructions.
- Check for errors in design, layout, typography, colors, and other visual elements.
**- Collaboration with Graphic Design Team**:

- Work closely with designers to identify and correct errors in artwork.
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to ensure quality improvements.
- Maintain consistency in design output across projects.
**- Client Coordination**:

- Communicate with clients to clarify artwork requirements and revisions.
- Address any quality concerns and ensure final approvals before delivery.
- Document and track client feedback for future reference.
**- Process Improvement & Documentation**:

- Maintain quality control checklists and standard operating procedures.
- Suggest improvements to streamline quality control processes.
- Keep records of approved and rejected artworks for quality tracking.

**Requirements**:

- No need background in graphic design.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for design consistency.
- Excellent communication skills for team and client coordination.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
