**Job Title**: Private Secretary to the CEO (Female)

We are seeking a dynamic, well-spoken, and presentable **female Private Secretary** to support the CEO in all aspects of international business operations. This role demands intelligence, confidentiality, style, and strong interpersonal finesse. You will be the right hand to the CEO — organizing, coordinating, and facilitating high-level tasks and global communications with efficiency and charm.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the first point of contact for all international correspondence and business relations
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel plans for the CEO, including overseas trips
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and global online engagements
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in sensitive matters
- Accompany the CEO (as needed) to meetings or business trips (domestic/international)
- Handle personal and professional coordination with grace, diplomacy, and intelligence
- Manage calls, visitors, and daily office routines efficiently
