Position Title: DLP Analyst

CTC: 8 LPA

Exp: 3 Yr

Location: Mumbai
Working Mode: Onsite

Primary Skill: DLP, Crowdstrike, Forcepoint

Qualification: Any Graduation

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deploy, configure, and maintain **Forcepoint DLP** infrastructure across endpoints, networks, and cloud.
- Administer and support **CrowdStrike** endpoint protection to complement DLP policies.
- Design and implement DLP policies to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Perform routine system health checks, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting of DLP platforms.
- Analyze DLP incident logs and work with analysts and stakeholders to address data protection gaps.
- Fine-tune DLP rules and thresholds to reduce false positives and improve detection accuracy.
- Maintain documentation related to system configuration, operational procedures, and incidents.
- Collaborate with IT, compliance, and risk teams to align security controls with organizational goals.
- Ensure timely response to alerts and provide level-2/3 support for DLP-related issues.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
- **3-6 years** of experience in DLP administration or a similar role.
- Hands-on expertise in **Forcepoint DLP**: policy creation, endpoint configuration, incident management.
- Strong working knowledge of **CrowdStrike** EDR platform and integration with DLP tools.
- Solid understanding of data classification, data privacy, and protection frameworks.
- Familiarity with scripting for automation (PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
- Ability to handle high-severity incidents with a structured approach and documentation.
