**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning and implementation of software development projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to effectively manage resources and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance engineers, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
- Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders and senior management regularly.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement process improvements.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve project management processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in project management, preferably within the software development industry.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and softwares.
- Experience working in a client-facing role, managing client expectations, and resolving conflicts diplomatically.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor's (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Relocate before starting work (required)
