**Job Title**: CSSD & Laundry Incharge
**Location**: Tagore Medical College and Hospital.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:
**CSSD Responsibilities**:

- Supervise all sterilization processes for surgical instruments, linens, and medical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and hospital sterilization standards.
- Monitor cleaning, disinfection, packing, and autoclaving processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sterilization logs and equipment maintenance records.
- Coordinate with Operation Theatre, ICU, and other departments for timely supply of sterile instruments and materials.

**Laundry Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the hospital laundry unit, including sorting, washing, drying, and ironing of linen.
- Ensure that soiled linens are handled and cleaned as per hospital hygiene protocols.
- Maintain inventory of linens, detergents, and other supplies.
- Monitor maintenance and servicing of laundry equipment.
- Implement safety standards and proper waste disposal procedures.
