
International Sales Executive

1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue.
2. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
3. Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
4. Develop project plans and manage projects related to business development, such as developing new products or services, entering new markets, and establishing partnerships.
6. Arrange appointments / business meeting with prospective clients
7. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to develop new products and services that meet customer needs.
8. Develop and maintain a strong online presence through social media and other digital marketing channels.
9. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention.
10. Order execution and follow-ups
11. CRM management-Manage leads in CRM Software
12. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
13. Keep records of customer interactions and file documents
14. Assisting the management with business operations
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Proficiency in English is a must (Advance level English since this is international sales) - No travelling required
**Qualification**:
Any Graduation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
