1. Compare and analyze quotations from various vendors for solar EPC projects.
2. Prepare and manage purchase orders ensuring they contain all necessary project-specific information.
3. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key vendors, ensuring a reliable supply chain for critical materials.
4. Negotiate prices and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings in line with project budgets.
5. Ensure timely procurement of materials to meet project deadlines, monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages.
6.Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to received materials promptly and efficiently.
7.Maintain accurate documentation of all procurement activities, company requirements.
8.Raise purchase orders manage Purchase invoices.
9.Coordinate with accounts and warehouse team for material payments and deliveries.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
Previous procurement experience, preferably in solar or renewable energy.
Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
Good Knowledge in MS Office and procurement software.
Excellence in Microsoft excel needed.
Zoho software experience preferable.
Knowledge of procurement regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Still add 2-3 years experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
