**Responsibilities and Functions**
- Conception of original design graphics, artwork, and graphic visual materials harmonious with the mission of the Museum.
- Preserving the overall branding and identity of the Museum.
- Implement strong brand identity materials for institutional use respecting the museum’s existing style guide.
- Create project-appropriate graphic strategies that respond to a wide range of

Museum needs.
- Responsible for all graphic special needs and visual accessibility requirements (ADA compliance) for Museum.
- Oversee artwork, print production, and trafficking jobs.
- Consult and liaise with internal and external partners, production teams, and outside vendors to produce strong visual communications.
- Collaborate with department project managers to maintain.
- Conduct photography shoots of Museum objects or spaces.
- Manage system for visual assets.

**Qualifications and Requirements**

Required Software Applications:

- Extensive knowledge of Adobe CS6 (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) etc.
- Knowledge of Lumion & Auto CAD systems. Experience in web design will create additional project opportunities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and iWork software/ MS projects.
- Preferred
- Video: able to lead creative concept development, storyboarding, filming, and editing of videos.
- Motion graphics: able to develop professional and creative motion effects for our videos and website.

**Required Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications & fine arts, NID or related MFA preferred.
- Minimum of 2-year of design-related work experience.
- Strong portfolio of work demonstrating a high degree of creativity & productivity.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
- Professional experience working independently and effectively with others, managing deadlines, budgets, clients, and vendors.
- Able to multi-task and create an organized production schedule that incorporates time for both scheduled and unscheduled projects.
- Pro-active, team player.
- Able to brainstorm and mock up design ideas.
- Strong problem solving skills

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
