Collection Representative

We are looking for Collections Representatives who had own bike and driving license, they are generally responsible for managing and collection all the outstanding samples receivables form clients and customers. In addition, they may be responsible for other aspects of sample collections, resolve customer problems
- Sample collection (on call/Route collection of sample from assigned route in a day)
- Customer relation (Lab situated in their area)
- Tie up with clients and increase sample volume
- Maintain good relation with existing and new customers
- Add new clients
- Obey the instructions from Superior about price list and assigned route work
- Collection of samples courier from buses on time
- Follow up customer Payments details
- Daily closing of collection and hand over to the coordinator
- To ensure the sample processed and result released to the client.

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

- Badagara, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
