**About Us**:
We are a rapidly growing NEET coaching institute dedicated to making NEET easier for average students. Our educational content, especially short-form videos, has gained massive traction across YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat. We are now looking for a **Video Editor with a Biology Background** to enhance our content quality and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit high-quality short-form (Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form educational videos.
- Incorporate engaging visuals, animations, and text overlays to simplify complex Biology concepts.
- Sync voiceovers with visuals seamlessly and enhance clarity.
- Use motion graphics, stock footage, and diagrams to improve content effectiveness.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure accuracy in biological explanations.
- Optimize video formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios for different platforms.
- Stay updated with trends in educational content and implement best practices.

**Requirements**:

- **Must have a Biology background** (preferably Class 11-12 level understanding or higher).
- Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience in motion graphics and animations is a plus.
- Strong storytelling ability to make educational content engaging.
- Ability to work under deadlines and deliver high-quality edits quickly.
- Passion for education and helping students learn effectively.
