Global Discovery School is looking for talented and dynamic Social Studies Educator for Grade 1 to 5 on an immediate basis.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Develops, plans, and implements curriculum, lesson plans, and educational programs for students within areas of expertise.
- Answers student inquiries and resolves problems related to curriculum and course prerequisites, referring to written course descriptions, and other appropriate sources.
- Prepares appropriate documentation and reports on programs and on student progress.
- Coordinates retention activities including student mentor programs, tutor services, advising, and study skills workshops; plans, develops, and coordinates special events.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning
- Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events

**Knowledge and skill set required**:

- Proven experience as a teacher
- Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational guidelines partnered with a willingness to follow the school’s policies and procedures
- Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized and committed
- Creative and energetic
- Strong moral values and discipline
Qualifications and Skills
- B.ed is a plus
- M.ed is a plus
- 1-3 years of experience in the Education Industry or Teaching Experience is a plus

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
