We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an E-commerce Associate, specializing in managing our Flipkart and Amazon seller accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our product listings, driving sales, and enhancing the overall performance of our online stores on these platforms.
- **Responsibilities**:_

1. Account Management: Oversee and manage our seller accounts on Flipkart and Amazon, ensuring adherence to marketplace guidelines, policies, and terms of service.

2. Product Listing Optimization: Create and update product listings, ensuring accurate and engaging content, appealing product images, and proper categorization to maximize visibility and conversions.

3. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, update stock availability, and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment and minimize out-of-stock situations.

4. Pricing and Promotions: Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and promotions to optimize pricing strategies and run effective promotional campaigns to drive sales.

5. Order Processing and Customer Support: Process customer orders, manage shipping and delivery, and promptly address customer inquiries or issues through the marketplace's communication channels.

6. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, customer reviews, and seller ratings, taking proactive measures to improve performance and enhance customer satisfaction.

7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities, improve our product offerings, and implement effective marketing strategies.

8. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and optimize the overall e-commerce experience.
- **Requirements**:_

1. Bachelor's degree in any field.

2. Freshers can also apply.

3. Proven experience in managing Flipkart and Amazon seller accounts, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.(preferred)

4. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketplace policies, and best practices. (preferred)

5. Proficient in using seller central platforms of Flipkart and Amazon to manage listings, inventory, pricing, and romotions.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling product descriptions and handle customer inquiries professionally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
