- Supervise and guide junior faculty, residents, and students in clinical and academic activities
- Conduct academic research, participate in CME programs, and contribute to curriculum development
- Oversee patient care in the operation theatre and intensive care settings
- Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines (NMC/MCI)

**Qualifications**:

- MD/DNB in Anesthesiology from a recognized institution
- Minimum 8 years of teaching experience in the field as per NMC norms
- Valid registration with NMC or respective State Medical Council

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong academic and leadership skills
- Clinical expertise in advanced anesthesia techniques
- Excellent communication and mentoring abilities

**Note**: Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
