**Experience: 2-4 yrs**
- Collaborate with companies and employers to organize on-campus recruitment drives and job fairs, connecting students with potential job opportunities.
- Develop and implement training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance students' employability skills, such as resume writing, interview preparation, and soft skills development.
- Provide guidance and counseling to students regarding career choices, job market trends, and professional development opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industries and employers to understand their recruitment needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Assist students in securing internships and industrial training opportunities to gain practical experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student placements and track their career progress post-graduation.
- Attending job fairs, industry events, and professional networking forums to expand the organization's placement network.
- Engage with alumni to foster a supportive network and facilitate job referrals for current students.
- Analyze placement data and trends to identify areas for improvement in the placement process and career services offered.
- Ensure adherence to placement policies, rules, and regulations set by the institution and relevant authorities.
- Gather feedback from employers, students, and faculty to continuously improve the training and placement process.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on placement activities and outcomes for management

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
