**What You’ll Do**:
**Provide Personalized Career Guidance**: Offer tailored counselling to students, job seekers, and professionals—helping them identify their best career and education paths.
**Understand Client Needs**: Conduct in-depth assessments to understand each individual’s skills, goals, and career challenges.
Design **Career Roadmaps**: Create actionable career plans that guide clients toward suitable educational qualifications and job opportunities.
Achieve **& Exceed Targets**: Conduct **at least 20 counselling sessions per month** to earn your fixed salary—**exceed your target and earn more**
Collaborate **& Convert**: Work closely with our **lead generation team** to convert potential clients into meaningful counselling sessions.
**Stay Informed**: Keep up-to-date with **job market trends**, **emerging industries**, and **career pathways** to provide the most relevant guidance.
**Working Hours**:
- **Monday to Friday** (Enjoy your weekends off)
- **6 to 8 hours per day**—offering a balanced work-life environment.
**What We Offer (Beyond the Salary)**:
Guaranteed **Salary + Commission**:
- Fixed Salary**:₹6,000/month** (for completing 20 counselling sessions).
- **20% commission** for every successful counselling session beyond your target.
Example **Earnings**:
- **20 sessions/month** = ₹6,000 (fixed salary).
- **30 sessions/month** = ₹6,000 + ₹2,000 (commission for 10 extra sessions).
