**About VENHAN**:
**Desired Skillset and Experience**:

- Good to have the full lifecycles of Oracle CPQ Cloud implementations.
- Must have Hands-on experience in CPQ Administrative activities like Environment Setup, Data Table Management, File Manager, User and Group Management, Parts creation, Code Migration, and Cascading Stylesheets (CSS).
- Experience in BML, BMQL, and Bulk Data Upload is a must.
- Experience in HTML/XHTML, XML, XSL, Java, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, and SOAP-based web services are preferred.
- Experience in deployment and performing migrations from one environment to another environments.
- Oracle CPQ Cloud certifications would be preferred.

Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks:
Responsible for understanding functional and technical design, implementation, and support of CPQ cloud solutions. Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues identified.

Expertise in troubleshooting/debugging issues and performing preventive and corrective maintenance practices like root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve and prevent defects.

Support the rollout of Oracle CPQ Cloud releases. Collaborate with business super users and cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization.

Track, resolve and close user support requests, and assign or escalate user requests as appropriate.
