Must have knowledge of all Tender Documents, Letters, Knowledge of Government departments, sectors etc, Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation, tender reviews and deadlines, Ability to coordinate several tasks at a time.

The Person Should have Good Working Knowledge on Gem Portal eg able to upload products, participate in bids, Order processing, Comparing products for L1 etc
The Sr. Executive - Tender is responsible for leading and managing all activities in support of the Company’s sales support department for filing Tenders / E-Tenders while ensuring that company standards are achieved and maintained.
Can able to Tender Search, Quotation/Offer/Bid Preparations, Online Bidding, E-Tendering, Tender and Bid Follow Up, Filing and Documentation, Order and Supply Follow Up, Payment Follow Up, Communicate with Government Customer & OEMs.
HAVING, KNOWLEDGE OF E TENDERING WITH VARIOUS GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT.
Strong external and internal communication skills.

Location: Patna, Kolkata

**Salary**: 25000 - 35000 plus incentive

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
