Front Desk Receptionist

**Job Summary**:
The **Front Office Receptionist** serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees at Tandhan Group. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the reception area.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- **Visitor Handling**:
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed.
- Coordinate with security for visitor entry.
- Ensure guests are comfortable and directed appropriately.
- **Communication & Coordination**:
- Liaise with internal departments for scheduling and coordination.
- Assist in organizing meetings and appointments.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage office supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed.
- Assist HR/Admin in maintaining employee attendance records.
- Support HR/Admin with clerical tasks such as document filing and data entry.
- **Customer Service & Representation**:
- Provide general information about the company and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the company at all times.
- Handle minor grievances or escalate them to the concerned department.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
