- About the Job - We are looking for SAP BW & Crystal report consultant.
- Job Title - SAP BW & Crystal report consultant
- Location: PUNE/Bangalore/Noida/Hyderabad/Chennai/Coimbatore
- Educational Background - Any Graduate.

**Experience**: 8+ years

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and implement SAP BW solutions based on business requirements and best practices.
- Develop and maintain Crystal Reports for various business needs, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand data needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform data modeling, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes within SAP BW.
- Optimize and enhance existing SAP BW and Crystal Reports solutions to improve performance and usability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and end-users.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on SAP BW and Crystal Reports best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve solutions and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BW development and implementation.
- Proficiency in Crystal Reports development, including report design, data integration, and parameterization.
- Strong understanding of SAP BW architecture, data modeling concepts, and ETL processes.
- Experience with SAP BW on HANA and SAP BW/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- SAP BW certification is a plus.
