As a Full-Time Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of experience, you will be responsible for crafting visually captivating designs for digital marketing campaigns, websites, and, in particular, social media platforms. In addition to your graphic design skills, your knowledge of basic video editing will be utilized to create engaging Instagram Reels content. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva is essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Graphic Design: Create eye-catching and on-brand graphic designs for a variety of digital platforms, with a focus on social media posts.
- Instagram Reels: Develop engaging video content specifically tailored for Instagram Reels, including video editing, graphics, and animations.
- Social Media Posts: Design visually compelling and shareable social media content that aligns with clients' branding and engages their target audience.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) for graphic design, and video editing software for Instagram Reels.
- Online Tools: Utilize Canva and other online design tools to create effective visual content for social media and digital platforms.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their design and multimedia content needs and incorporate their feedback into the design process.
- Quality Control: Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of design work, adhering to project timelines and deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- One year of professional experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on social media and Instagram Reels.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) for graphic design.
- Basic video editing skills for creating engaging Instagram Reels content.
- Familiarity with online design tools like Canva.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media posts and Instagram Reels content.
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Understanding of responsive design for web and mobile platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for design.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
