**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
- Ensure accurate billing and reconciliation of daily sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Upsell and promote menu items and specials to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register area.
- Assist with food preparation or other duties as needed, as directed by management.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and hygiene.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage online orders and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely delivery/pickup. (If applicable)
- Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain knowledge of current menu items, pricing, and promotions.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a cashier, billing, or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
